Nevenka brings her extensive executive experience in engaging and empowering teams, thus enabling them to sell and deliver complex solutions. Nevenka is adept in the art and science of negotiation that manifests itself in her profound deal-making skills.
Prior to joining K&R Nevenka served as IBM Managing Director for Novartis Global with P&L responsibility, working as a relationship partner with Novartis' senior leadership while managing IBM teams delivering technology and business solutions. These solutions included Watson, cognitive computing, big data, and back office transformation for finance, HR and procurement organizations. Prior to this she was the Global Client Director for UBS and Zurich Insurance company.
Ms. Letina is a board member for a local private hospital in Switzerland and is their subject matter expert for IT digital transformation, including the IT operations model and innovation alignment across various business areas. She holds an Advanced Economics Diploma from the Zurich Business School. She has earned a certification for Client Executives at INSEAD (Insurance Industry) and a Global Deal Making Certification from INSEAD/University of Pennsylvania/ IBM.
