Global HR Research (https://www.ghrr.com/) — a leading provider of award-winning employment screening technology, data, and business analytics empowering clients with better background screening programs — today announced the strategic hiring of five key leadership team members: Dorothy Acosta as Vice President of Client Success, Ashley Sykes as Vice President of Compliance and Government Relations, Brandi Rorie as Sr. Director of Account Management and Migrations, Leann Berte as Vice President of Global Business Development and Alliances, and Todd Eiseman as Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations.

Dorothy Acosta (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dottieacosta/) brings more than 20 years of domestic, international business, and client success experience to GHRR. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with a broad client constituency including customers, strategic partners, and internal teams. Among her areas of expertise are client support, client success/satisfaction, account management, and client lifecycle functions.

“Dottie’s primary focus is client satisfaction. She drives to deliver industry leading client success initiatives, client retention, and advanced account management strategies aimed at exceeding client needs,” says Phillips. “As Vice President of Client Success, she will ensure GHRR is driving value for our clients.”

Ashley Sykes (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ashley-sykes-818b1143/) is a skilled attorney with vast experience representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and state laws affecting the background screening process. As Vice President of Compliance and Government Relations, she will work with organizations and HR decision-makers to streamline the talent vetting and acquisition process by delivering industry-leading background screening and drug screening solutions.

Brandi Rorie (https://www.linkedin.com/in/brandi-rorie/), GHRR’s new Sr. Director of Account Management and Migrations, has spent more than a decade in screening and account management within the employment screening industry, with an impressive record in performance and metric monitoring, trend and competitive analysis, sales, account management, business development, and project management.

“Brandi will drive achievement of business objectives within GHRR’s client base, support account management initiatives, and focus on process improvements for the GHRR client base,” says Phillips. “Her input will be essential in building and managing high-performing teams and developing effective client relationships.”

Leann Berte (https://www.linkedin.com/in/leannberte/) is a marketing and sales expert recognized by her peers as a creative strategist, driving groundbreaking partner programs and implementing modern business development techniques. As GHRR’s Vice President of Global Business Development she will develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with human capital, technical leaders, and emerging technology players.

“Leann knows the employment screening space and delivers some of GHRR’s most powerful and strategic partner relationships that will add even greater value to joint customers,” says Phillips.

Todd Eiseman (https://www.linkedin.com/in/toddeiseman/) brings experience and a track record of success in building, leading, and scaling sales organizations to GHRR. He’s logged more than 15 years in lead generation and sales management, becoming an expert in the delivery of strategic sales and execution plans to technology, SaaS, and technology enabled services providers. In his role as Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations for GHRR, he will create and execute strategic selling processes and methodology that drives predictable and repeatable results.
