Global real estate brokerage The Agency proudly announces the launch of its new franchise office in Mallorca, Spain. The new locale is the firm’s third office in Europe, following Lisbon, Portugal and The Netherlands. The office joins the brokerage’s growing network of more than 70 offices in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe. The Mallorca office will be led by industry veteran and Managing Partner, Alby Euesden.

A widely respected real estate professional with more than a decade of exceptional client service, Alby Jack Euseden serves as Managing Partner of The Agency Mallorca. Born in Essex in the United Kingdom, Alby moved to Mallorca, Spain at the age of four, and grew up on the Balearic Island. Today, Alby lives in Mallorca full-time and is fluent in Spanish, English, and the local Mallorcan dialect. While Alby has a wide range of experience with real estate throughout the island, he specializes in properties in the coveted southwest region, particularly Bendinat. Known for his patience, calm demeanor, and thoughtful approach to the process, Alby is a reliable guide for clients looking to invest, purchase or sell in Mallorca. In his free time, Alby participates in endurance events for charity; he recently completed a 150 kilometer triathlon that benefited Cancer Support Group Mallorca.
