The program, in its 12th year, recognizes companies in the area who scored the highest on an employee engagement study. Employees from hundreds of companies throughout Washington State were surveyed this spring to find out what makes their office unique. Companies were judged based on results of the employee survey administered by Quantum Market Research. The survey evaluated a variety of criteria such as team dynamics and effectiveness, trust in leadership, work engagement, and alignment with company goals. Rankings of the companies selected for the Washington's Best Workplaces 2018 award will be presented at a reception held on August 16 at Safeco Field. Honorees will also be featured in a special supplement in the August 17 issue of the Puget Sound Business Journal.
