Golfshot has announced its latest partnership with the Kentucky Golf Association to provide easier Handicap Index® score tracking.

Golfshot has partnered with the Kentucky Golf Association (KGA) to bring effortless Handicap Index® score tracking and posting to Kentucky golfers. Kentucky golfers can now purchase a new GHIN® Account through Golfshot to join the KGA or existing KGA members can link their account for tracking and score posting.

Golfshot provided the KGA with an integrated and customized solution that comes with being a GHIN VASP partner that enables online or in-app club memberships purchases to obtain a Handicap Index. With over one million members in the U.S. alone and 5 million worldwide, Golfshot provides access to a worldwide, ready-to-golf audience that can increase club memberships, engagement, and participation.

“We are very excited to partner with the KGA to provide a unique and mobile golf experience for existing and new KGA members. As we continue to expand our capability to provide more and more U.S. golfers the ability to purchase and link their Handicap Index through Golfshot, we can only do so through our great SRGA partners like the KGA. Brent and his team have made it very simple and easy for us to integrate KGA club memberships into Golfshot and we look forward to being the mobile medium that connects new golfers to the KGA and provides more value to their current members,” said Alex Flores, Golfshot, EVP and General Manager.

“The Kentucky Golf Association aims to be at the forefront of technology and we are proud to partner with an innovative company like Golfshot. Golfshot gives players a cutting-edge golf GPS app along with unique features to track their statistics, progress, matches and more. Coupled with a USGA GHIN handicap, golfers can have everything they need to start shooting lower scores and having more fun on the course. Every golfer in Kentucky should give Golfshot a try with our exclusive discount promotion,” said Brent Paladino, KGA Executive Director.
