TINLEY PARK, Ill., July 14, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- As the proud sponsor of the National Teacher Ambassadors for FFA Program, G-W supports the FFA mission of developing student potential through agricultural education.
The National Teacher Ambassadors for FFA are a select group of current agriculture teachers who provide training to other teachers, serve as the voice of the FFA organization to educators across the country, and provide FFA with feedback and guidance. Through this partnership, G-W will supply the ambassadors with agriculture, food, and natural resources instructional materials to support their workshops and professional development activities.
"G-W shares FFA's passion and commitment to preparing students for success in life and career, and we are proud to partner with them to support their tremendous efforts," said John Flanagan, President of Goodheart-Willcox. "Agriculture educators are a dedicated group of individuals who spend countless hours on the job. Our goal is to equip them with ready-to-implement materials that will save them time and provide the background support they need."
"The resources that Goodheart-Willcox is providing to the teacher ambassadors align to the agricultural education model, offering support for classroom/laboratory instruction, supervised agricultural experiences, and FFA leadership, so they are a perfect fit," said Molly Ball, President of the National FFA Foundation. "FFA is honored to partner with G-W and eager to work with them to grow the next generation of leaders who will change the world."
