West Palm Beach, Fla. (PRWEB) September 26, 2014 -- The team of attorneys and staff members at South Florida personal injury law firm Gordon & Doner will be participating in the annual American Heart Association Heart Walk in West Palm Beach, Florida on Sept. 27, 2014.
Twelve Gordon & Doner team members have raised more than $4,000 and have until Sept. 27 to meet their goal of raising $6,000.
The American Heart Walk aims to promote physical activity to build healthier lives free from cardiovascular disease. The association’s goal is to improve the cardiovascular health of all Americans and reduce the number of deaths from cardiovascular disease and stroke by 20 percent by the year 2020.
This year’s walk is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Meyer Amphitheatre in downtown West Palm Beach. Altogether, teams have raised more than $463,000 for the association.
