Gordon Foster Joins ASRC Federal as CFO
Beltsville, Md. (PRWEB) March 26, 2015 -- ASRC Federal has named Gordon Foster as its chief financial officer. Foster has more than 18 years’ experience in finance, operations and business strategy. He will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the ASRC Federal enterprise including financial planning, corporate accounting and compliance, cash delivery, program control, pricing strategy and enterprise IT support.
Prior to joining ASRC Federal, Foster was the chief financial officer and director of business management for the Northrop Grumman’s Civil Systems division. He was responsible for the financial performance of the division including financial forecasting and reporting, program financial performance, accounting, contracts and subcontracts management, and program control and regulatory compliance. He has held similar positions with other divisions in Northrop Grumman including the Cyber Solutions and Intelligence Systems divisions. Foster started his career in the former Litton, PRC organization where he held positions with increasing responsibilities across the defense, intelligence, civil, state, local and commercial markets.

Foster has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Shippensburg University and an MBA in business administration, finance and international business from Villanova University.
