The single-building property is fully occupied by BC Technical, the largest non-OEM provider of diagnostic imaging solutions and services in the country, and features several state-of-the-art elements throughout the manufacturing area and the separate office space. The purchase marks the 25th overall acquisition for GPR Ventures since 2011.
