GPR Ventures executes sale of two-building portfolio in Roseville

GPR Ventures has completed the sale of two light industrial buildings in Roseville which were originally purchased by the firm in 2013 as part of a four-building, 90,886 square foot property.

GPR Ventures has completed the sale of two light industrial buildings totaling 44,910 square feet in Roseville. Located at 10560 and 10600 Industrial Avenue, the buildings were originally acquired by GPR Ventures in October 2013 as part of a four-building, 90,886 square foot portfolio. At the time of purchase, occupancy was at 56 percent, but has reached full 100 percent tenancy under GPR Ventures’ management.

GPR Ventures originally purchased the two buildings as part of a four-building portfolio in October 2013 and immediately completed a wide range of renovations to the property. All buildings received new exterior paint, and upgraded landscaping was installed throughout the property. GPR Ventures also built out two shell units within the property before selling one building in late 2014. The company followed with the sale of a second building in late 2015.

Smith and Sons, LLC, a general contractor based in Washington, D.C. that specializes in site utilities, facility maintenance and security solutions, purchased the pair of buildings.
