SACRAMENTO, Calif., March 15, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- GPR Ventures has completed the sale of four industrial lots located at 3830, 3840, 3850 and 3860 Prosperity Drive in Rocklin. The lots total 106,300 square feet and are the final four parcels of a 26-lot, 26-acre portfolio that was originally purchased by GPR Ventures in 2011. Since the 2011 purchase, GPR Ventures has sold 22 of the 26 lots to various entities, and this recent four-lot sale marks GPR Ventures' full exit from the investment.

Each of the 26 fully improved industrial lots were equipped with streets, curbs and gutters, sidewalks and utilities specifically paired for each individual lot. Located west of Highway 65, the lots are easily accessed via Sunset Blvd. and are adjacent to abundant businesses, restaurants and shopping.
Escrow closed on Friday, March 12 and Todd Sanfilippo, Senior Vice President of CBRE's Roseville office, helped broker the sale.
