PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Grace Bay Resorts, one of the Caribbean's leading independent luxury boutique owners, developers and operators of resorts, branded residences and private villas in Turks & Caicos, today announces the lineup for the 16th annual Caribbean Food & Wine Festival, taking place November 3-8 across Providenciales. The multi-day festival brings chefs, winemakers, and tastemakers from around the world to Providenciales for tastings, dinners, and celebrations.
"Every year, the Caribbean Food & Wine Festival gives us the opportunity to welcome incredible culinary talent to our shores while showcasing what's new across the Grace Bay Resorts portfolio," said Nikheel Advani, COO and Principal of Grace Bay Resorts and Co-Chairman of the Caribbean Food & Wine Festival committee. "At its heart, the festival is a celebration of the rich culture and community of Turks & Caicos, creating opportunities for education, meaningful connection and continued growth within our local culinary community."
Leading this year's Starlight Dinner at Rock House is Chef India Doris, the 2025 MICHELIN Guide Northeast Cities Young Chef Award winner and Chef and Co-owner of Markette, a Euro-Caribbean restaurant in New York's Chelsea neighborhood. Doris cooks at the intersection of the two food cultures that raised her: growing up in a Caribbean household in London, she pairs European classical technique with the bold, spice-driven flavors of Caribbean cooking. In addition to Doris, Grace Bay Club Executive Chef Frank Castleton will host the Salt, Sand & Fire event on Grace Bay Beach. Castleton has led the resort's kitchens through the recent redesign of its dining program and brings his signature approach to outdoor, elevated cooking to this year's event.
