President & CEO of the Mount Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce, Brett Hyble, Rick Rautanen, General Manager and Christopher Wakeman, Director of Sales for the Holiday Inn & Suites along with Asad Malik, President & CEO and Janice Ibershoff, Director of Operations of the Amerilodge Group was given the honor of conducting the ribbon cutting ceremony. Over 300 guests attended this event to welcome the Holiday Inn & Suites Mount Pleasant into the community. Eric Rodriguez, Interim Public Relations Director for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe introduced the Mino Ode Drum to perform a blessing upon the hotel.
