Grande Dunes, a master-planned community based in Myrtle Beach, is hosting an open house event throughout Leap Day Weekend, February 29 from 10am-2pm and March 1 from 1-5pm. The event, named Look & Leap, spans across the entire community, featuring model homes and homesites in the Members Club Enclave, Waterside Pointe, Waterside Edge, The Cape, Living Dunes and Del Webb Grande Dunes neighborhoods

The event comes at a busy time for the Grande Dunes community. Custom homebuilder The Carrell Group recently became the next Preferred Builder in the Members Club Enclave, offering a wider variety of home options for homeowners. Waterside Pointe, a 55+ neighborhood, is nearing “sold out” status, as there are only a few homes left. An upcoming new 55+ neighborhood, Waterside Edge, has now opened for homesite sales.

For many attendees, the main attraction to the event will be special pricing on a large number of move-in ready homes exclusive to Leap Day Weekend. Homesites are also selling with no time limit to build. Featured homebuilders are The Carrell Group, AR Homes, Traditional Homebuilders, Nations Homes II, CRG Companies and Del Webb.

“With Leap Day landing on a Saturday, homeowners have a great opportunity to receive special savings while getting ahead of the spring selling season. If you’ve been thinking about a new home in Grande Dunes, you must visit during the Look & Leap event to take advantage of some incredible limited special pricing. You’ll have access to all areas within the community,” said Ben Guyton, Realtor and Broker in Charge at Grande Dunes Properties.

In addition to home and homesite tours, visitors to Grande Dunes during this event will be able to enjoy family-friendly fun and refreshments. For the first 29 visitors to Members Club Enclave will receive a special gift. The address to this office is 2225 Macerata Loop, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579
