HeartLand, LLC, a GRC portfolio company and a Kansas City-based commercial landscape management firm has quickly grown a significant regional presence.
GRC leadership and HeartLand's CEO, Edward Schatz Jr, formed HeartLand in 2016 to build an industry-leading commercial landscape enterprise across the Central United States. HeartLand's first acquisition was Signature Landscape in Kansas City. Since then, eight other companies have been acquired including its operating brands Keesen Landscape in Denver, CO; Columbia Landcare in Columbia, MO; Hillenmeyer Landscape Services in Lexington, KY; and JML Landscape Management in Pittsburgh, PA. Each of these companies is a leader in their markets, with talented teams, strong cultures and long histories of providing exceptional client service.
