Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has expanded its Litigation Practice with the addition of Sarah Runnells Martin as a shareholder in the Delaware office.

Martin focuses her practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation, including representing clients in connection with derivative litigation, class actions, "broken deal" litigation, special committee investigations and litigations, federal securities suits, appraisal litigation, books and records demands and litigation, proxy contests, and hostile takeovers in state and federal courts in Delaware and nationwide. She regularly advises corporations and their boards of directors on issues of corporate governance and the Delaware General Corporation Law.
For more than 16 years, Martin has represented corporate clients in various industries and sectors, including financial services, life sciences, consumer packaged goods, retail, and others.

Martin's joining Greenberg Traurig comes just after the firm's addition in the Delaware office of Corporate Associate Anastasia M. Bowes earlier this month.
