MIAMI, June 5, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Attorneys at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. advised Swire Properties Inc in the negotiation and completion of various agreements with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group for a new luxury hotel and condominium development on Brickell Key.
The $1 billion project, called One Island Drive, will feature two towers offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. The first tower, consisting of "The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami," will have 220 condo units with expansive floorplans of up to 4,700 square feet and two duplex penthouses, each spanning over 6,000 square feet. The second tower will replace an existing Mandarin Oriental hotel, which opened in 2000, and will have 151 guest rooms, 61 private residences, and 28 hotel residences.

"We look forward to continuing to work with Swire Properties to ensure a successful delivery of this iconic project, which represents another level of the company's continued commitment to investing in Miami."
