The ACCFL is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the field of commercial finance law through education, legislative reform and the recognition of distinguished practitioners, jurists and academics and offers a venue to promote and recognize outstanding achievement and advances in the field of commercial finance law. Founded over 25 years ago, the ACCFL has inducted more than 300 preeminent commercial finance practitioners and scholars.
Nand is a member of the GT's global Finance Practice, and chair of Greenberg Traurig's Global Agribusiness Practice. She represents commercial, cooperative, development and investment banks, as well as hedge funds, private equity firms, and corporations in cross-border and domestic financings. Nand has structured, drafted, and negotiated more than $40 billion of investment grade, leveraged finance and commercial paper transactions. She is also a fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers and a co-chair of the International Commercial Law Subcommittee for the American Bar Association's Uniform Commercial Code Committee. Nand will serve a four-year term, expiring in 2025.
