Jacobson will be a panelist on the session titled "Late-Stage and Pre-IPO Private Placements" taking place on Monday, April 19 at 2:30 pm EDT. The session will discuss the late-stage private placement market, diligence and offering disclosures, documentation issues, typical terms and frequent negotiating issues, placements to strategic investors, placements involving secondary shares, and information asymmetries and proximity to IPO, and SEC concerns.
Jacobson co-chairs the Corporate Practice in the firm's Boston office.
