The annual spotlight showcases up-and-coming professionals across all areas of real estate who have made valuable contributions to their firm during the last 12 months, according to the publication.
A former schoolteacher, Dumas received her J.D. at the New York University School of Law. She focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and development, with respect to a variety of assets, including shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and resorts, multi-use developments, industrial properties, and multi-family developments. Dumas also is a leader in Greenberg Traurig's recruiting efforts and mentoring program and acts as a career development liaison to associates.
Outside of the office, Dumas volunteers as a director at WP Theater and as a mentor for NYU Law's Birnbaum Women's Leadership Fellows Program. In addition, she serves as a trustee at both the Winchester Thurston School and the Harlem Link Charter School.
