PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 25, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Environmental Attorney Candee Wilde of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will be a featured panelist during the Northeast Sustainable Communities Workshop 2021, a seminar set to expand knowledge of emerging trends and technologies involving brownfields and environmental remediation. The virtual event takes place Oct. 26-27, 2021 and is presented by the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast.
On Oct. 27, Wilde will speak at the session, "PFAS Update – Impact on Redevelopment Projects," providing insights on technical and regulatory challenges concerning per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances in the region. In her work, Wilde guides clients on compliance matters with state-specific environmental statues, such as the Industrial Site Recovery Act and other New Jersey environmental laws.
