Pesce has been selected an "Up & Coming Lawyer," which recognizes attorneys who have been practicing and admitted to the Massachusetts Bar for 10 years or less, yet have already distinguished themselves in the practice of law. Lima has been selected in the category of "Excellence in Paralegal Work." They will be honored for their contributions to the legal community at the annual Excellence in the Law event, to be held virtually on May 13.

As part of her eDiscovery practice, she regularly counsels clients on a variety of information governance matters, including record retention, data privacy, and cyber security. Pesce is currently participating in the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women's Leadership Program. Before joining the firm, Pesce served as a law clerk to two federal judges.
Lima has more than 20 years of experience as a paralegal. She provides paralegal support to the litigation attorneys in the firm's Boston office across a variety of legal disciplines, including complex commercial cases, data privacy, information governance, eDiscovery, products liability, intellectual property and trademark litigation, labor and employment, and government investigations.
