Fellows, a member of Greenberg Traurig's Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will give a presentation alongside Vizient, Inc., a healthcare performance improvement company, Senior Counsel Robin Bradford titled "Intellectual Property (IP) Due Diligence – Overcoming Obfuscation and Finding Overvalued IP Assets in Mergers & Acquisitions." Fellows prepares and implements intellectual property protection and enforcement strategies that help clients achieve their business goals. His practice includes clearing, acquiring and enforcing United States and foreign patent rights, particularly for enterprise and process software, Internet and business methods, biomedical technologies including cardiac laser systems and therapeutic ultrasound systems, alternative energy innovations, sustainable technologies, and electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical technologies.
