Greenberg Traurig Advises Viakable in Joint Venture With Rea Magnet Wire Company
Miami, FL (PRWEB) December 05, 2016 -- Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Viakable S.A. de C.V., the cable division of Mexico’s Xignux Group (Viakable), in the proposed joint venture between Rea Magnet Wire Company, a global wire manufacturer, with Magnekon S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Viakable. The proposed joint venture, which will serve the NAFTA magnet wire industry, is subject to regulatory approval in Mexico.

Rossell focuses his practice on securities offerings, including both equity and debt offerings, and structured financings. He has been involved in many of the largest securities offerings out of Latin America, including privatization offerings.
