Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has expanded its Commercial Litigation Practice with the addition of Steven J. Rosenwasser as a shareholder in the firm’s Atlanta office. Rosenwasser joins from Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore and focuses his practice on contracts, business torts, fraud, and class action matters.
"Steven's experience representing both defendants and plaintiffs in class action litigation gives him a unique and wide-ranging perspective," said Theodore I. "I was drawn to Greenberg Traurig's global platform and collaborative culture across practices," Rosenwasser said. "I look forward to growing my practice and working with the firm's top-notch team of lawyers known for their innovative approach to law. GT presents a great opportunity for me to not only continue working on complex business litigation matters but to also expand my payments and fintech litigation practice.”
