Greenberg Traurig Attorney Angelika Hunnefeld Speaks at the 2015 HNBA Annual Convention

Hunnefeld will be speaking at the workshop titled “Foreign Corrupt Practices Act: Where is Enforcement Heading and Where Has It Been” on Friday, Sept. 4.

Hunnefeld focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, international business arbitration, and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). She is experienced in matters involving multi-jurisdictional issues, international dispute resolution, and enforcement of foreign judgments and foreign arbitral awards. She also assists clients with matters relating to issues arising under the anti-bribery and record-keeping provisions of the FCPA. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French and Portuguese.
