Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Present to Nevada/Israel Trade Mission Delegates
TEL AVIV (PRWEB) October 29, 2013 -- Attorneys from the Tel Aviv and Las Vegas offices of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP spoke to State of Nevada/Israel Trade Mission delegates on the topics “Doing Business in the United States and Nevada” and “Doing Business in Israel.” The trade mission, was held Wednesday, Oct. 16 to Tuesday, Oct.22, 2013, in Tel Aviv, Israel. Greenberg Traurig also co-hosted the Trade Mission’s closing reception, which was attended by more than 100 guests, including Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval, United States Ambassador to Israel Daniel B. Shapiro, and the Trade Mission delegates. The reception was held Monday, Oct. 21, 2013 at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel and was co-hosted by Monarch Casino & Resorts Inc..
Corporate and Securities shareholder and Las Vegas managing shareholder, Michael J. Bonner, presented, “Doing Business in the United States and Nevada,” to delegates on Monday, Oct. 21, 2013. His presentation provided an overview of the major considerations for conducting business in the U.S. and Nevada, including the U.S. legal system, the economic climate, foreign investment opportunities and incentives, business vehicle options, specialized licensing and key business industries in Nevada. Also on Sunday, Tel Aviv Litigation shareholder Scott E. Mortman, Intellectual Property shareholder Adam Snukal, Corporate and Securities shareholder Joey T. Shabot, and Corporate and Securities associate Daniel Sirkis, presented, “Doing Business in Israel,” which provided an overview of legal issues for foreign companies to consider when doing business in Israel.

The delegation included companies and individuals from a variety of industries, including education, government, energy, food, manufacturing, research, technology, transportation and tourism.
