Greenberg Traurig Miami Organizes Third-Annual ‘GT Cares’
MIAMI, Fla. (PRWEB) April 21, 2015 -- Attorneys and business staff of the Miami office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig rolled up their sleeves and lent their support to various Miami-Dade County charities with the third-annual “GT Cares” community service initiative. Over the past two consecutive weekends between April 11 and April 19, Greenberg Traurig volunteers donated funds, supplies, and manpower to benefit local philanthropic causes including: Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital (formerly Miami Children’s Hospital) and the Children’s Home Society of Florida.
Each Greenberg Traurig volunteer team was led by a “GT Hero” – an attorney who serves as a board member of the respective nonprofit sponsor organization. In addition to the projects and causes listed below, the teams raised money throughout the week for the Cancer Center at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.
“We are proud of our volunteers for making our third-annual GT Cares week a tremendous success. Greenberg Traurig remains steadfast in its commitment to the Miami community, which has always been part of the firm’s core values,” said Jaret L.
