With over 25 years of experience, Ruby represents businesses of all sizes before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, Department of Labor, and Department of State regarding applications and petitions for nonimmigrant and immigrant work visas and permanent resident status. He also advises employers on immigration compliance and strategies related to corporate restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, and downsizing. Ruby has particular expertise with H-2B temporary visas for seasonal and peak-load workers for employer in the hospitality, landscaping, construction, golf course industries.
