Greenberg Traurig’s David Gitlin Honored by Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy
PHILADELPHIA (PRWEB) April 23, 2015 -- Shareholder David Gitlin, of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will be honored, along with other communities leaders, by the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy at their 4th annual “Yom Ha’atzma’ut Torch Ceremony.” The event will take place April 23 from 9-10 a.m. at the Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy. He will be honored with the lighting of a torch during the ceremony in the presence of the Honorable Consul General to the Mid-Atlantic Region, Mr. Yaron Seidman.
Gitlin co-leads the firm’s Emerging Technology Practice. He focuses his practice on corporate and securities, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, technology development, and corporate finance. Gitlin works extensively in the firm’s Tel Aviv office, where Greenberg Traurig continues to be the only U.S.-based firm practicing U.S. law.
