Greenberg Traurig’s Jennifer Gray to Speak at American Conference Institute’s Mortgage Servicing Compliance Conference
Dallas (PRWEB) June 25, 2015 -- Jennifer Gray, Financial Services Litigation shareholder at international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will be speaking Friday, June 26, at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 4th Bank & Non-Bank Forum on Mortgage Servicing Compliance. The two-day conference will be held June 25-26 in Dallas, Texas, and will provide attendees with “lessons learned and best practices in an era of heightened government scrutiny for the industry,” according to an event brochure.
Specifically, Gray will be speaking on the topic of, “Litigator ‘War Stories’ – Preparing for and Avoiding CFPB Audits, Managing Litigation and Handling Appeals: Personal Accounts and Lessons Learned From Litigators on the Front Line.”
Gray is a frequent panelist and speaker, presenting on a range of topics encompassing financial institutions in complex civil litigation. Most recently, she spoke at the 2015 MBA Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference, where she provided her insight on the “Enforcement Litigation Update” panel. Gray has a wide breadth of experience in consumer and unfair competition class action litigation and regulatory investigations, in addition to both commercial and banking litigation. She is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Litigation Task Force and vice-chair of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section Trial Practice Subcommittee.
