Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Tokyo office hosted the seminar, “Maximizing Value from Strategic Partnering in Clinical Development,” on March 1, 2019. The program took an in-depth look at the life-cycle of an early stage biotech company that has developed an exciting new drug candidate and looked to commercialize the product through strategic partnerships. The event was co-hosted by Catenion, a pharmaceutical and medical products management consulting firm.

Speakers from Greenberg Traurig and Catenion discussed how successful partnering relationships are cultivated, negotiated, and implemented. Specific topics included:
