Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria celebrated its first anniversary on July 1, 2020, marking a successful year since the global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP and the historic Italian boutique firm Santa Maria Studio Legale Associato combined as one firm in Milan.

Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria celebrated its first anniversary on July 1, 2020, marking a successful year since the global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP and the historic Italian boutique firm Santa Maria Studio Legale Associato combined as one firm in Milan.

Greenberg Traurig’s Italian office, which opened as the firm’s 40th office and its fifth in Europe, provides highly-experienced legal professionals skilled in various areas of European Union law, contracts and international litigation, M&A, and corporate and financial law.
