Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ilene Katz Kobert to Speak at Dade County Bar Association’s ‘ABC’s of Commercial Leasing’
Miami, FL (PRWEB) December 05, 2016 -- Ilene Katz Kobert, a shareholder in the Miami Real Estate Practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., will speak at the Dade County Bar Association’s Real Property Committee seminar titled, “ABC’s of Commercial Leasing.” The seminar will take place at 12 p.m. Dec. 8. at the Dade County Bar Association, 123 N.W. First Avenue, Suite 220 in Miami.
Kobert, along with speakers Judge Ivonne Cuesta, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and Helen M. Mittelman, Sonn and Mittelman, P.A. will discuss topics critical to successfully negotiating a commercial lease in Florida.

Kobert is a shareholder in the Real Estate Department of the firm's Miami office. She concentrates her practice in various areas of commercial real estate law, representing land owners and developers, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Her work includes negotiation of ground leases, built to suit leases and space leases, as well as the acquisition, disposition, and development of numerous asset classes in Florida and nationwide. Kobert has wide-ranging experience counseling national retailers on the acquisition and development of shopping center pads, including the negotiation of Master Covenants and REAs.
