AUSTIN, Texas (PRWEB) October 08, 2019 -- For the third consecutive year, the Austin office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has earned an “A” rating for the hiring, promotion, and retention of attorneys with diverse backgrounds in race, gender, and sexual orientation.
To receive a grade of “A,” at least 17.50% of the lawyers at a firm’s Austin office must reflect diversity, the same percentage of diverse attorneys practicing in Travis County. Greenberg Traurig Austin achieved percentages that exceeded the minimum requirements.

The Austin Law Firm Diversity Report Card, launched in 2011, is a collaboration of the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin, the Austin Black Lawyers Association, the Austin Asian American Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association of Austin, the Austin Bar Association LGBT Law Section, and the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association.
