A member of the firm’s Environmental Practice, Maxwell handles remediation projects and advises clients on complex litigation, including major environmental contamination, product liability, and toxic tort cases.

Maxwell is currently listed on City & State Pennsylvania’s “Forty Under 40” list. She also serves as co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Environmental and Energy Law Committee and was recently appointment to the board of directors for the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia.
