The webinar will discuss significant trends and key issues in resolving trade secret disputes, along with actionable insights and strategic tips in navigating the latest developments in the Defend Trade Secret Act. Other topics will include notable cases and court rulings, and litigation defenses.

Oliver handles patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters, blending creative legal strategies with comprehensive, digestible explanations of complex technology. He designs and implements individualized legal strategies depending on each client’s unique business objectives. An experienced and highly technical litigator, Oliver has handled more than 150 matters and a dozen trials before both the International Trade Commission and juries.
