Ronda B. Esaw, shareholder at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will participate in the Women in Law Series for Early Career Legal Professionals hosted by Teale & Co.

Esaw is a panelist on the “Navigating the Path to Partnership” online workshop held Nov. 5. The series aims to equip virtual attendees with career guidance and real tactical perspectives to help them navigate their careers.

Esaw focuses her practice on labor and employment law, with an emphasis on employment discrimination litigation in the health care, finance, government contracting, nonprofit, and hospitality industries. She is experienced in dealing with matters involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and retaliation arising under various employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as ERISA, OSHA, Sarbanes-Oxley, USERRA, and various other state, federal, and local discrimination ordinances and statutes.
