Greenberg Traurig's Seth Entin To Speak at ABA Midyear Tax Meeting

MIAMI, Feb. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Tax Practice Shareholder Seth J. Entin of Greenberg Traurig, P.A.'s Miami office will participate in a discussion about tax policy and simplification at the American Bar Association (ABA)'s Virtual 2022 Midyear Tax Meeting Feb. 4th.

Entin is speaking on the panel titled "The New Global Tax Pacts: A Primer & Policy Perspectives on the OECD's Landmark Pillar I and II 'Profits' Pie' Agreements" from 2:30-4 p.m. EST.

The discussion will focus on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)'s Pillar agreements and its momentous global tax policy pivot, as well as implications for further regulation, tax planning, and compliance. Entin will also discuss the pacts' intrinsic weaknesses and aspirational objectives.

With more than 23 years of experience, Entin focuses his practice on the international taxation of high-net-worth individuals and families, international corporate taxation, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) international tax audits, and IRS voluntary disclosures.
