Alger will lead a session at Yale Law School’s Abrams Institute for Freedom of Expression Conference titled “Commercial Speech and the First Amendment.” The program will be held June 13 at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP’s offices in New York City, featuring keynote speaker Judge Alex Kozinski of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Mary K.
