GreenField's new talent acquisitions include:
- Dolly Singh (Acting Head of Talent & Advisor): A superstar with a stellar track record at startups that are home to America's best talent (SpaceX, Citadel, and Oculus VR), Dolly brings extensive experience in building and scaling industry-leading teams, as well as expertise in human capital, culture, and innovation. Dolly's eye for talent will be key to attracting and retaining talent as GreenField continues to expand.
- Royce Steinert (Head of Hardware): Royce is a seasoned engineer with 28 years of experience developing hardware mobility solutions for Excel Industries, the premium turf equipment producer acquired by Stanley Black & Decker. During his tenure at Excel Industries, he managed a product portfolio of up to 10 product groups and 230 unique vehicle models, scaled vehicle production a hundredfold, and managed an 18-person technical group that produced $400 million in annual sales.
- Joshua Stewart (Advisor): Hailing from commercial vehicle electrification company Proterra, with powertrain design and off-road vehicle experience respectively in NASCAR and the U.S. Army as a former Armor Officer. Joshua's leadership in customer success and engineering will be an asset for GreenField as the company works to bring new solutions to market and scale existing solutions.
- Nick Rrapushi (Head of Electrical Engineering): Dolly's first hire, Nick brings a wealth of experience designing and building unmanned vehicles for the U.S. Military, surgical robotics at Medtronic, as well as producing defense-grade products at MORSE Corp. Nick's skills will be instrumental as GreenField expands its fleet of Robots-as-a-Service.
GreenField's new hires will leverage their experience to scale the agritech innovator as it brings new robotic solutions to market and extends capabilities of its in-market WeedBot. The WeedBot uses robotics to significantly reduce the need for broadleaf herbicides and will soon also include microspraying, cover-crop planting, soil sensing, and nighttime operations.
