Each year, the HRSA provides the QIAs to recognize the highest performing health centers nationwide, as well as those health centers that have made significant quality improvement gains from the previous year. The awards were designed in an effort to improve the overall quality, efficiency and value of the healthcare services provided by the nation's health centers, and to celebrate their recent achievements in providing care to the more than 28 million patients they collectively serve.
This year, HCN Health Centers, which collectively serves 2.2 million patients, received 92 awards and $3.2M for 28 of its 52 health centers that use Greenway Intergy. Intergy, Greenway's cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution, played a vital role in helping HCN secure this recognition, as the technology enabled HCN to thrive in the world of value-based care by improving workflows and staff efficiency and boosting revenue.
