Greenway Health, a leading health information technology and services provider, is pleased to recognize its long-term customer, Health Choice Network (HCN), a successful nation-wide collaboration of health centers, health center controlled networks and partners, for its recognition by The United States Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) as a 2019 Quality Improvement Awards (QIA) recipient.

Each year, the HRSA provides the QIAs to recognize the highest performing health centers nationwide, as well as those health centers that have made significant quality improvement gains from the previous year. The awards were designed in an effort to improve the overall quality, efficiency and value of the healthcare services provided by the nation’s health centers, and to celebrate their recent achievements in providing care to the more than 28 million patients they collectively serve.

This year, HCN Health Centers, which collectively serves 2.2 million patients, received 92 awards and $3.2M for 28 of its 52 health centers that use Greenway Intergy. Intergy, Greenway’s cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution, played a vital role in helping HCN secure this recognition, as the technology enabled HCN to thrive in the world of value-based care by improving workflows and staff efficiency and boosting revenue.

In addition to its use of Intergy, HCN also recently implemented Greenway’s revenue cycle management (RCM) solution, Greenway Revenue Services (GRS). HCN will use GRS for its billing capabilities, giving the organization full insights into its financial standing.

The distinct recognition was based on customer satisfaction responses and overall value, placing Intergy highest among other competitive solutions. For the second year in a row, KLAS also named Greenway as its 2019 Category Leader for Ambulatory RCM Services (2018-2019). This prestigious ranking highlights GRS’ position as the top-ranked revenue cycle management vendor in a highly competitive ambulatory market.
