Cameron Griggs and Chelsea Jordan of Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty have earned the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® Property Specialist designation, according to Pamela Smith, Vice President of Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty. To date, only ten percent of the more than 94,000 sales associates affiliated with the Coldwell Banker® brand have been awarded with this designation.
The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program legacy traces its roots back to 1933 and is a comprehensive marketing curriculum designed specifically for marketing luxury residential properties to affluent buyers worldwide. Through the success of this initiative, Coldwell Banker affiliated agents and teams are recognized as global leaders in luxury real estate.
The Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification course creates a standardized education model to help the newest generation of luxury agents meet and exceed the expectations of high-net-worth clients. The course provides learning, networking, marketing strategies and mentorship, pairing the experience and first-hand knowledge of successful luxury agents with industry-leading resources. According to Craig Hogan, vice president of luxury for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, “the objective of the program is to produce exceptional real estate professionals who represent exceptional properties.”
In order to participate in the course, participating agents must meet strict production guidelines — “some of the most rigorous standards in the industry today,” said Hogan.
Griggs has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty for three years. She is an award-winning independent sales associate and member of the Brad Beacham Group who has earned many honors, including the 2019 Team of the Year award for the Kitty Hawk office. A native of Smithfield, NC and a graduate of Meredith College, Griggs currently resides in Kitty Hawk.
“I decided to become Global Luxury certified to better myself and my marketing techniques for my clients. Being certified will help me provide a higher level of service and provide a broader range of exposure. The Global Luxury training provided me with insight about geo-targeting affluent buyers for our specific market, introduced me to new marketing techniques, and provided valuable networking contacts with other agents who specialize in luxury,” explains Griggs.
Jordan has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty for five years. She is an award-winning independent sales associate who has earned many honors, including the Agent of the Month and Outstanding Performance Award. A native of Kitty Hawk and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Jordan currently resides in Kitty Hawk.
