Dosch brings more than 15 years of franchise industry experience spanning franchise development, franchisee support, resales and multi-brand growth. She most recently served as Vice President of Franchise Resales at Unleashed Brands, where she supported franchise owners across a portfolio of franchise concepts through growth and transition. She previously held senior franchise development leadership roles at American Family Care and is herself a multi-territory franchise owner.
Her appointment reflects Gritsee's continued investment in the franchise community and its belief that technology delivers its greatest value when it helps operators become better coaches.
