GRM Continues South America Expansion with Entry into Brazil

With this acquisition and the integration of GRM’s suite of best practice product services and methodologies, the end-to-end information management capabilities of Stok, Brazil are dramatically enhanced. Stok, Brazil will now be able to offer value-added products such as lifecycle Electronic Document Management, PrecisionPLUS tracking, Scan-On-Request imaging, GRM’s Blended Solution for migrating paper documents to digital and more. Through eAccess, GRM’s proprietary web-based portal, Stok customers will be empowered, free of charge, to access and manage their physical and digital inventories, orders and invoices at any time from any web browser-enabled computer.
The GRM Brazil records center is strategically located within close proximity of important business districts and key transportation arteries. In addition to document storage, the facility offers a large vault for tape and microfilm storage and a scanning center.
