GroundSwell Group Names Lisa Woods as Chief Operating Officer
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) December 17, 2015 -- GroundSwell Group, a cause marketing firm that works with corporate clients and non-profit organizations to help bridge the gap between the two through strategic alignment and execution of targeted initiatives, announced the promotion of Lisa Woods to Chief Operating Officer. She will be responsible for creating and administering overall strategic planning for the company, day to day operations, as well as client management.

Lisa Woods brings more than 15 years of experience in operations management, as well as having a background in community organizing and advocacy. Prior to joining GroundSwell Group, Lisa founded and operated a private practice in Speech and Language Pathology. She has also dedicated herself to creating educational opportunities for all children. Most recently, Lisa was one of the founders of the City Charter Schools, a three-school charter management organization in Los Angeles, where she led day to day operations prior to doors opening. Lisa currently serves as President of the Board of Directors at Your Golden Ticket, a non-profit organization that provides once in a lifetime experiences to those less fortunate. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the City Charter Schools and the Advisory Board of Chicago Teen Credit Union.
