Patrick is a servant leader with a background in operations that allows him to continue to maximize the safety of Groundworks employees.

Patrick excelled within the UPS Supply Chain division by demonstrating operational excellence and a passion for leading his team. As a UPS Operator, his exposure to the operations of safety regulation led him to see opportunities to further his growth and provide more assistance to his team members. Following his time at UPS, Patrick assumed the role of Regional Safety Manager at SAIA LTL where he quickly established himself as an expert within the safety field. He advanced to the role of District Safety Manager with Advance Disposal Services, Inc., one of the nation's leading waste disposal firms.
Patrick earned his bachelor's degree in Operation Management from the University of St Francis, where he was recognized as a football Academic All-American for 2007, 2008, and 2009. He has obtained his Licensed Safety Professional (LSP) & Certified Safety Director (CSD) from the National Association of Safety Professionals.
