Gullicksen Group Continues Custom Calendar Tradition in 2019
SAN FRANCISCO (PRWEB) January 08, 2019 -- For almost 30 years, Zephyr Real Estate has produced custom calendars as a gift for their clients and colleagues. The calendars traditionally feature subjects unique to San Francisco. Tim Gullicksen of the Gullicksen Group is proud to continue that tradition in 2019.
Zephyr Real Estate has once again produced its annual calendar featuring distinct Bay Area highlights. This year's theme focuses on the culture and community of the Bay Area by featuring photography of the city's past. Historic imagery for this retrospective was provided by the San Francisco Public Library archives.
From Sutro Baths to the original Ferry Building, each month displays a monument or notable site that, through circumstances, be it disaster or decay, was unable to stand the test of time. The calendar offers an artistic memento for those iconic symbols of the Bay Area.
Part of the tradition includes returning proceeds to the community to support various art and cultural programs. This year, however, all proceeds will go to the North Valley Community Foundation to support those who were affected by the recent devastating Camp Fire in Northern California.
Past year's calendars have featured movies set in San Francisco (Cinematic San Francisco), famous stairways and slides (Chutes and Ladders), and historic pubs and bars (San Francisco After Dark). These, as well as all the others, are quite collectible and reveal some of the city’s best-kept secrets.
