Parent, who joined the firm in 2005, is marking his sixth year as managing director. Specializing in audits and financial reporting for private and publicly held companies, he leads CPA audits and provides due diligence and special reports for clients in real estate, life sciences, technology, manufacturing, entertainment, and hospitality. He heads the firm's operations committee, co-leads its real estate department and is a member of the SEC Company practice.
Previously, he worked in private industry, a national certified public accounting firm and one of the Big 4. Parent also holds a bachelor's degree in music from USC and a master's degree from the Juilliard School of Music.
